Summary:

As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and optimize workflows is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring robust and scalable data infrastructure.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
• Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning within cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and best practices for ETL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues to maintain data accuracy and availability.
• Experience working with large-scale data sets and ensuring data security and governance.
