As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing activities. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data throughout its lifecycle. Additionally, the position requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, enabling seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot data-related challenges is also a key part of daily responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of data operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business needs.
• Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met within the team s deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices for data quality assurance.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize data workflows for performance.
