Summary:

As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous interaction with different teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and support the organization's objectives. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by translating complex data needs into structured models that facilitate effective data management and utilization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Document data modeling processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
• Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques specific to graph database technologies.
• Strong understanding of data relationships and schema design within graph database environments.
• Ability to optimize graph queries and improve database performance.
• Familiarity with data integration and migration processes involving graph databases.
