As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding the existing data landscape and collaborating to design and refine data models that support both current and future business needs. This position requires continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data structures align with organizational goals and facilitate efficient data management and utilization across multiple domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on data requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data integration and data warehousing principles.
• Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Familiarity with database design and optimization strategies.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business strategies.
