Summary:

As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous interaction with different teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and support the overall objectives of the organization. The workday is dynamic, involving analysis, design, and refinement of data models to facilitate seamless data integration and usage across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Document and maintain data models and related metadata for clarity and future reference.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling tasks.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
