As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to maintain seamless integration across systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in designing scalable and efficient data solutions, supporting the broader data ecosystem, and facilitating smooth data flow and accessibility within the organization.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Experience with designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and data modeling techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration challenges.
