Summary:

As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts that support the overall data infrastructure, fostering alignment among different teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient data environment. The role is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders to support the evolving needs of the data platform and its components.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform processes and workflows.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform objectives with organizational goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and managing data integration processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices to support scalable data architectures.
