Summary:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI/ML initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Pyspark, Azure data Bricks, SQL, Python, Data engineer.
• Strong experience in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models and pipelines.
• Ability to work with large-scale data processing frameworks and cloud-based platforms.
• Expertise in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with deploying machine learning solutions in production environments and monitoring their performance.
