Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Must have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Good to have skills : ServiceNow ITOM Discovery

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators. This role requires coordinating training sessions and pilot programs while ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated. The Deployment Lead works closely with various project teams to synchronize activities, manage dependencies, and maintain oversight of progress to ensure the deployment plan is executed smoothly and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with deployment activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to configuration data and deployment processes.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve deployment objectives.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track deployment progress and performance.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
