The professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework aligns with business goals and industry standards, continuously innovating to deliver superior technology-driven outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to align technology architecture with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud service management.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure IT architectures.
