What would you do Job Title: Innovation Developer Level: 11 Team: Interactive Graphic Design Experience: 1–2 years Role Overview The IGD team produces microsites, interactive prototypes, and videos in support of Accenture sales opportunities. Within that, the innovation function develops new client offerings, self-service tools, and AI agents, as well as identifying and building new ways to improve how the team works. This role contributes to that innovation remit across the full product lifecycle, from scoping and prototyping through to production delivery.

What are we looking for Technical Skills Required: AWS (EC2, S3, Bedrock), React, TypeScript, LLM API integration (e.g. Anthropic Claude or equivalent) Nice to have: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Next.js Advantageous: MongoDB, REST API design and integration Experience and Background

• 1–2 years of professional development experience, with demonstrable experience shipping web applications
• Hands-on experience with React
• Practical familiarity with LLM APIs and an understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals
• Comfortable working in an agile environment across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical collaborators
• A genuine interest in AI tooling and emerging web technologies Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
• Design and build AI-integrated web applications, including conversational interfaces and agentic workflows powered by large language model APIs
• Develop and maintain client-facing and internally-embedded web tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Convert early-stage prototypes and AI-generated outputs into compliant, production-ready web experiences
• Collaborate with UX designers, video creators, and project managers to translate requirements into working software
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog triage, and technical scoping sessions
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and handover materials as part of standard project practice
