• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow environments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
