Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

ServiceNow Development

Develop and customize ITAM applications within ServiceNow

Configure:

Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Software Asset Management (SAM)

CMDB

Discovery

Service Catalog

Create workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations

Build custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs

Technical Skills

Strong experience in ServiceNow development

Experience with:

ITAM

SAM Pro

HAM Pro

CMDB

Discovery

Integration Hub

JavaScript knowledge

REST/SOAP API integration experience

SQL/database understanding

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
