Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize service management processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve service delivery excellence.
