Summary:

As an Operations Architect, your day revolves around designing and defining the operational framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance targets. You will focus on creating a robust architecture that supports seamless business operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Your role involves continuous evaluation and refinement of operational processes to meet evolving business needs, fostering collaboration across various teams to maintain alignment with strategic goals. You will also oversee the integration of operational components to guarantee smooth functionality and optimal performance throughout the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
• Monitor and assess operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting within complex network environments.
• Experience with network security protocols and best practices to safeguard organizational assets.
• Ability to analyze and resolve security incidents related to firewall operations.
• Familiarity with integrating firewall solutions into broader security architectures and operational workflows.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
• This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
