Summary:

In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration across various teams and proactive oversight of solution evolution are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable services.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
• Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring minimal disruption and high availability.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Capability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with organizational and vendor requirements.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
