Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:

As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with client expectations. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate concepts and gather insights, ensuring that the product evolves responsively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, as is steering the product development to meet strategic goals while adapting to new information and changing requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Continuously monitor product progress and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
