As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Strong experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance processes within IT environments.
• Ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with integration techniques and API development to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
