Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and project contributions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong expertise in IT service management processes and best practices related to ITOM.
• Experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions that improve operational efficiency and visibility.
• Ability to analyze complex technical environments and recommend appropriate ITOM strategies.
• Skilled in integrating ITOM tools with other enterprise systems to enable seamless workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative ITOM solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
