You will develop comprehensive plans to deliver strategic projects and programs, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively. Your role includes driving and managing the execution of these initiatives to achieve desired business outcomes, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving priorities. Collaboration with various stakeholders and maintaining a clear vision for program success are integral parts of your daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to support organizational objectives.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience in managing and maintaining accurate configuration data to support IT service management processes.
• Ability to analyze complex system relationships and dependencies to improve configuration accuracy and integrity.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to configuration management and database integrity.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
