Summary:

As a Transition Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating the comprehensive process of transitioning services, teams, or processes to new operational states. This role requires managing multiple timelines and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met across different workstreams such as knowledge transfer, technology integration, and people management. The Transition Lead ensures that all aspects of the transition are aligned with organizational objectives, facilitating readiness and smooth execution while minimizing any potential disruptions to ongoing operations. Collaboration and proactive planning are key elements throughout the day to maintain seamless progress.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during transitions.
• Monitor progress and identify risks or issues that could impact the transition timeline or quality.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their development.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to maintain transparency and manage expectations throughout the transition process.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Strong understanding of IT operations management and discovery processes.
• Experience in managing complex transition projects involving multiple teams and technologies.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to service discovery and integration.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to plan and execute knowledge transfer sessions and documentation.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
