Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various tasks. This role focuses on crafting seamless and efficient experiences by identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. The designer collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure that the final product aligns with user expectations and business goals, continuously refining the experience to enhance satisfaction and usability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development of user experience strategies that align with project objectives and user needs.
• Facilitate communication between design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Good To Have Skills: User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in front-end development.
• Experience in creating responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Ability to translate design concepts into functional code while maintaining performance and usability.
• Familiarity with debugging and optimizing React.js applications for enhanced user experience.
