Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and designing a variety of communication materials, ensuring alignment with Company&rsquos brand guidelines. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and design materials for communication, including web pages, PowerPoint presentations, digital and physical signage, newsletters, emails, and other creatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute a wide range of communication materials.
- Develop concepts and execute original content, determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout with minimal supervision.
- Examine existing processes, measure impact, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
- Edit videos to use as a communication medium.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&rsquos degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline.
- 6 years of experience in a corporate setting with design software, specifically all applications within Adobe Creative Cloud and excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills:
- Excellent proven knowledge of editing and content creation tools within Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Outlook, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Impeccable PowerPoint skills with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in video editing software.
