Assistant IT Asset Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications.
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT implementations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing IT assets, software licenses, and inventory tracking.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities including system access, device allocation, and account management.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements where required.
• Maintain documentation related to IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support implementation of new technologies, tools, and digital initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets and adherence to service levels.
