The role
As a senior technical program manager (STPM), you’ll lead our most complex, cross-team and cross-geography programs, such as cloud cost optimization, platform migrations, and large multi-team launches. You’ll turn ambiguity into clear plans, keep every team aligned on what matters, and give senior leadership an honest, current view of progress, risks, and trade-offs.
You’ll also be the bridge between executive leadership and engineering. You’ll translate business priorities into engineering plans, and translate technical reality into decisions leaders can act on. You won’t manage the engineers, but you’ll earn their trust and drive results through influence.
What you’ll do
- Lead complex programs end to end. Own programs that span multiple engineering, product, data, and finance teams across time zones, from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review.
- Coordinate product and engineering roadmaps. Align product and engineering roadmaps across teams and regions. Reconcile priorities, capacity, and dependencies, keep one integrated view of what ships when, and flag trade-offs early so leadership can make informed calls.
- Drive cost and efficiency initiatives. Partner with engineering and finance to analyze cloud and infrastructure spend,
