Purpose- To enable business with insightful data / analytics for key decision making related to Super Speciality Business, Ecom and Retail Business To have adequate financial oversight and controls on Business operations To ensure robust governance and control mechanism’s are established Effective business partnering and drive growth and profitability of business Responsibility Support the business in preparation of annual operating plan and identify levers for revenue,mix and margin improvement opportunities. Annula Business size-1000Cr Closely work with business teams to ideate, strategize, and help them achieve the Annual Operating Plan Closely working with BU’s to track their performance, support them with insightful data & analytics and drive the efficiency of business Approval for pricing, discount and trade schemes and establishing guidelines Effective business partnering and supporting business in day to day operations Monitoring overall functioning of internal controls & process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate controls & process to facilitate smooth business functioning Drive simplification & automation of processes and lead the projects Enhancing governance mechanism’s and improving the overall business hygiene Regular market visits to gain insight on the business Monthly book closing activities

Must have Experiences, Exposure and Educational background CA/CWA with 5-7 years of experience with Sharp analytics, good communication, effective collaboration and business partner Preferably from Pharma background
