AbouttheRole

You will run voicebot delivery for Exotel's scale-up customers - mid market, SMB and inside sales where the work is higher in volume and lower in complexity than enterprise. The role suits someone who wants breadth and pace early in a delivery career.

• Gatherrequirements,writethescopeandkeepprojectsmovingtotheircommitteddates.
• Carryahighnumberofconcurrent,lower-complexityprojectswithoutlosingtrackofanyofthem.
• Keepdocumentation,statusandhandovernotescurrent.

Coordination

• Coordinatebetweencustomersandtheengineeringteamonintegrations,testingandgo-live.
• Escalateearlywhenaprojectisdriftingratherthanreportingitafterthefact.
