About the Role:
Our platform enables customers to create over 400 million new entities every day and
perform 35 million search operations daily across billions of records. We build and maintain highly scalable backend systems and distributed services that operate with extremely low latency and high reliability.

Responsibilities:: Backend Development ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. ● Build high-performance, reliable microservices capable of handling large-scale workloads. ● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable production-quality code. ● Develop reusable components and services following engineering best practices. ● Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture. System Performance & Reliability ● Optimize backend services for scalability, performance, and availability. ● Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions. ● Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, testing, and observability. ● Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis when required. Collaboration ● Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. ● Participate in code reviews to maintain engineering standards and improve code quality. ● Share knowledge and collaborate with teammates to solve technical challenges. ● Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering practices, testing, and SDLC processes.

Requirements:: ● 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development. ● Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js. ● Candidates with strong experience in JavaScript, Go, Java, Python, C#, or similar backend technologies, and willingness to work extensively with TypeScript and Node.js, are also encouraged to apply. ● Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices. ● Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. ● Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization. ● Knowledge of caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and message queues. ● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized
