Key Responsibilities:
- 5 9 years of overall IT experience with 2 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban
- Hands on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery
- Proven experience in client stakeholder management
- Experience in reporting metrics tracking and dashboards
- Familiarity with Agile tools
- JIRA Azure DevOps Rally
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Requirements:
- Primary skills Process Development Methodology Infosys Global Agile methodology Process Development Methodology Scrum
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks SAFe LeSS
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools Power BI Excel dashboards
- Exposure to DevOps environments and CI CD practices
- Experience working with cross functional global teams
- Background in technical roles developer tester BA is a plus
