Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end implementation and optimization of multi step customer journeys using Adobe Campaign and AJO across email and cross channel touchpoints
• Translate business requirements into functional designs journey orchestration logic segmentation strategy and campaign execution plans
• Configure and manage campaign journey components including audiences decisioning logic personalization scheduling and orchestration flows
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs measurement approaches and reporting needs drive continuous optimization based on performance insights
• Ensure solution quality through testing strategies functional regression UAT support defect triage and release readiness
• Collaborate in an Agile setup contribute to backlog refinement sprint planning estimations daily standups and sprint reviews
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members promote best practices for reusable assets governance and documentation
• Coordinate with data engineering teams for integrations data readiness and activation needs to support targeting and personalization

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• 5 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on delivery in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO
• Proven experience designing and executing customer journeys and campaign operations aligned to business outcomes
• Working knowledge of segmentation personalization and campaign measurement concepts within enterprise marketing environments
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders
