Contribute to improving product delivery outcomes by supporting execution, managing dependencies, and enhancing operational efficiency across product issue management workflows. As a Product Delivery Associate – Product Issue Management within Commercial & Investment Bank's Payments Platforms , you will support the execution and optimization of product delivery processes, with a focus on issue management and release coordination. You will help manage dependencies, track delivery progress, and ensure alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end endpoint rejects processes, including tracking, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders Support release management activities, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution Coordinate change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to support delivery execution and improve operational efficiency Track and report key metrics related to issue management, rejects, and delivery outcomes Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of efficiency initiatives Contribute to effective documentation and communication of processes, issues, and resolutions Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 5+ years of experience in product delivery, operations, issue management, or a related domain Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement practices Experience supporting release management and deployment processes Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving capability, with ability to interpret data and identify trends Ability to coordinate across stakeholders in a matrix environment Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Knowledge of Merchant Services and payments domain Familiarity with product development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices Experience in payments, issue management, or a related domain preferred Understanding of payment fees, billing, or reconciliation processes Basic proficiency in SQL; familiarity with tools such as Stratus or Python is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills
