Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Power BI & Power Platform) for LEADS Activities

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI report development and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business needs into data-driven insights, building interactive dashboards, and supporting process automation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
. Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
. Translate business needs into functional specifications and data solutions.
. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
. Create and manage datasets, dataflows, and ETL processes using Power BI and related tools.
. Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query) to automate workflows and improve business processes.
. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and leadership to deliver insights and recommendations.
. Support data governance and best practices for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems/data Analytics or related field.
. 8-10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or related roles.
. Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling).
. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
. Solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL pipelines.
. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Database).
. Knowledge of Python or R or KNIME for advanced analytics.
. Experience in agile project methodology.
. Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform certification(s).
