About the Role

You'll lead hiring for Rubrik's G&A organization in India, and be the talent voice in the room when leaders decide how those teams get built. This is a senior individual-contributor seat: you'll run the hardest G&A searches yourself — Finance, Legal, People, IT, Business Operations — while advising VPs on leveling, location, and org shape, and setting the standard the wider Talent Partner team follows.

About the Team

Rubrik's India Talent Acquisition team hires across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and G&A from our Bengaluru site, one of the company's fastest-growing locations. You'll be among the most senior recruiters here, partnering with functional leaders and their global counterparts, and looked to by peers on how full life-cycle recruiting should be done.

What You'll Do

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for Rubrik's most complex and senior G&A searches in India — leadership hires and scarce specialist roles alike.
• Advise Senior Manager and above stakeholders on hiring strategy, driving leveling decisions, team composition, and location choices rather than reacting to them.
• Design and run sourcing strategies across channels and modalities without direction, using competitive intelligence to move passive talent who weren't looking.
• Make diverse pipelines structural to every search: build them into intake, involve interview panels in sourcing, and evidence the outcome req by req.
• Bring internal talent and mobility into the conversation with your business partners, treating early-career and internal-promotion paths as real options.
• Lead a Talent Acquisition initiative that outlasts a single req — candidate experience, interviewer calibration, reporting, or process improvement — and pull the team into it.
• Set the bar on tools and process: model best practice in the ATS, teach peers, and challenge how we work when there's a better way.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, with several years owning senior and leadership hiring for G&A or corporate functions.
• A record of independently running complex searches to close across more than one function or business unit.
• Credibility with Senior stakeholders — evidence that your talent recommendations changed a hiring decision, a level, or an org design.
• Fluency with market and competitive intelligence data, and the judgment to forecast a search with reliable accuracy.
• Advanced command of an ATS and sourcing stack, at the level where peers come to you for guidance.
• Persuasive communication under pressure: you can close a senior candidate and reframe a panel's view of a profile in the same week.
• Deep knowledge of the Indian talent market across cities and functions.

Bonus Points

• Building or scaling G&A hiring at a public or recently public technology company.
• Leading a cross-functional TA initiative with measurable results.
• Partnering with HR and Finance on headcount and location planning.
