Job Title: Senior Manager – Generative AI & Data Science

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager with a deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and data science to lead our advanced AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 12-15 years of experience in data science and AI, showcasing a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions across multiple domains. As a Senior Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI specialists while working closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models, specifically focused on Generative AI, deep learning, and data-driven decision-making processes.


• Drive AI and data science strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.


• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify key opportunities for leveraging AI/ML and data science technologies to create innovative solutions and improve operational efficiency.


• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.


• Oversee the execution of end-to-end AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.


• Develop and maintain models using techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, and other advanced algorithms.


• Manage and oversee data pipelines and architecture, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility for AI/ML model development.


• Present insights and results to senior executives, stakeholders, and clients, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.


• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science trends, ensuring the company remains competitive in the evolving AI landscape.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 12-15 years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and delivering AI-driven business solutions.


• Technical Expertise:




• Strong expertise in Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, transformers) and hands-on experience with deep learning techniques.


• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.


• In-depth knowledge of data science concepts, including statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and feature engineering.


• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).




• Skills:




• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.


• Proven experience in translating technical solutions into business value and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
