We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and scale Webflow’s strategic , full-cycle sales motion within our Corporate segment. In this role, you will drive strategy and execution for a team of Account Executives responsible for prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing new business, while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-performing sales process.

You will recruit, develop, and coach top-performing AEs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence. You will work closely with key cross-functional partners across Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success to build and refine programs that accelerate revenue growth, optimize funnel efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.

    • Zone B: $234,000 - $275,000
    • Zone C: $212,500 - $250,000
  • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
    • 275,500 - 325,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
