About the Role 
We are looking for a senior technology leader to lead Zeta’s digital transformation across its Enterprise Applications, Software Solutions, Integration, AI, IT Infrastructure, and Operations landscape. 
The role sits at the intersection of enterprise applications, software engineering, integration architecture, AI-enabled automation, IT infrastructure, service management, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The leader will ensure that Zeta’s technology ecosystem is integrated, scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. 
The primary charter is to connect and optimize the existing technology ecosystem — integrating SaaS, on-premise, cloud, legacy, and internally developed applications; building bridge systems and software solutions where required; and selectively applying AI and automation to improve workflows, data movement, operational efficiency, and user experience. 
Alongside this, the role provides strategic and operational oversight of IT infrastructure and IT operations, including networks, endpoints, cloud, Microsoft 365, service desk, application support, reliability, security, and technology governance.
