Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to worldwide channel best practices, managing proper platform upkeep, and enhancing marketing operations. The individual will collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track progress. Additionally, the role involves compiling, analyzing, and presenting operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure organizational adherence to worldwide channel best practices, along with proper platform management and upkeep.
- Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track as well as summarize progress.
- Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
- Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).
- Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of professional non-internship email marketing or marketing operations experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) and/or marketing automation systems (e.g., Pardot/Marketo) including setting up end-to-end Marketing Automation data flows.
- Project management skills with a track record of delivering on-time, within-budget initiatives that meet and achieve goals.
- Strong experience with email marketing and other outbound channels.
- Motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex, and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests with competing timelines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products, or technology industries.
- Strong proficiency with HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with SQL experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into and create metrics and reporting.
