Summary:
Lead the discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation of scalable marketing technology solutions across the MarTech ecosystem. Design, optimize, and govern marketing automation capabilities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Sales Cloud. Support MarTech strategy and roadmap for SFMC, identifying opportunities for innovation and business growth. Partner with various stakeholders to optimize processes and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation of scalable marketing technology solutions across the MarTech ecosystem.
- Design, optimize, and govern marketing automation capabilities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Sales Cloud, including customer journeys, segmentation, lead management, lead scoring, nurture programs, consent management, and campaign execution.
- Support MarTech strategy and roadmap for SFMC, identifying opportunities for innovation, platform optimization, and business growth through business requirements.
- Partner closely with IT, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Privacy, Legal, and business stakeholders to optimize lead lifecycle processes, improve lead quality, strengthen sales and marketing alignment, and maximize conversion and ROI.
- Help establish governance frameworks, best practices, and operational standards for marketing automation, data management, workflow design, and platform usage.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including prioritization, scope management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, dependency management, and successful execution.
- Drive user adoption through onboarding, training, enablement programs, documentation, and change management initiatives that build organizational capability and platform maturity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, CRM platforms, or related disciplines.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder, with working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud. SFMC certification preferred.
- Proven experience designing and implementing marketing automation solutions, customer journeys, lead management processes, and enterprise-scale platform integrations.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, data governance, and modern MarTech ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Product, Privacy, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong program and project management capabilities with experience managing complex priorities, multiple stakeholders, and large-scale transformation efforts.
- Knowledge of SQL and AMPscript preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder, and Salesforce Sales Cloud integration Marketing Cloud certification preferred.
- Marketing automation solution design and implementation, including customer journeys, segmentation, double opt-in, lead management, lead scoring, nurture programs, campaign execution, and platform integrations.
- Knowledge on enterprise MarTech architecture, data flows, API integrations, data governance, project/program delivery, platform operations, vendor management, documentation, and best practice governance.
