Job Description

Job Purpose

• Design and oversee all aspects of direct marketing campaigns
• Identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns
• Ensure branding is consistent across all campaign elements
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and measure return on investment
• Prepare detailed reports and present results to senior management
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to optimize campaigns
• Plan and execute email marketing, telemarketing, and direct mail strategies
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage and maintain marketing databases, including customer data and mailing lists
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Ensure all direct marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards
• Maintain and manage the budget for direct marketing campaigns
