We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management, Revenue Products to lead the strategy, execution, and business performance of HighLevel’s top revenue-generating products, including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other usage-based or subscription-based product lines.
About the Role
The Senior Director of Product Management, Revenue Products will own the product vision, business strategy, P&L performance, pricing and packaging, user experience, adoption, and growth execution for a portfolio of monetized products that are central to HighLevel’s revenue growth.
This leader will operate at the intersection of product, revenue, finance, growth, customer success, support, engineering, design, and operations. They will be responsible for building scalable product strategies that increase customer value, drive adoption, improve margins, expand monetization, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has deep experience managing revenue-generating SaaS, usage-based, or communications products and is comfortable owning both product outcomes and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
Own the product strategy and roadmap for HighLevel’s revenue-generating products, including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other usage-based or subscription-based products.
Define the long-term vision for each product area, ensuring alignment with HighLevel’s broader company strategy, customer needs, market trends, and revenue objectives.
Prioritize product investments across a portfolio of revenue products based on customer impact, revenue potential, margin profile, adoption opportunity, and strategic importance.
Develop clear product narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
P&L Ownership & Business Performance
Own the business performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth, gross margin, usage trends, attach rate, adoption, retention, and profitability.
Partner with Finance, RevOps, Data, and executive leadership to establish revenue targets, forecast performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage tradeoffs.
Analyze product-level financial performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve monetization, reduce cost, increase margins, and drive sustainable growth.
Make data-informed decisions around pricing, cost structure, product investment, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
Pricing, Packaging & Monetization
Lead pricing and packaging strategy for revenue-generating products, including usage-based pricing, subscription tiers, add-ons, bundles, overages, and margin optimization.
Evaluate customer willingness to pay, competitive positioning, usage behavior, and business economics to create pricing models that maximize customer value and company revenue.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to launch pricing and packaging changes effectively.
Continuously test and optimize monetization strategies to improve conversion, expansion, retention, and product profitability.
User Experience & Product Execution
Drive a best-in-class user experience across revenue products, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, easy to adopt, and valuable for agencies and their customers.
Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Customer Support to identify friction points, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
Translate complex communications, compliance, billing, and usage-based product requirements into simple, scalable customer experiences.
Ensure product experiences support both self-serve adoption and assisted customer success motions.
