About the Team
The Lead Generation Team owns some of the most important products businesses use to build their digital presence and generate leads on HighLevel.
Our product portfolio includes Funnels, Websites, AI Studio, Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, Domains, Media, QR Codes, Listings, SEO, Analytics, Tracking, and other lead-generation experiences.
Millions of funnels, websites, forms, and other digital experiences are created using HighLevel. Our goal is to help agencies and businesses not only create these experiences but continuously improve their ability to attract visitors, capture leads, and drive conversions.
Data plays a critical role in how we make product decisions. We are looking for a Product Analyst who can help us deeply understand customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, measure product outcomes, and enable Product Managers to make faster and better data-driven decisions.
About the Role
HighLevel is looking for a highly analytical and curious Product Analyst to join our Lead Generation Product team.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to understand how customers discover, adopt, and use our products and where opportunities exist to improve their experience.
You will analyze the complete customer journey — from activation and feature adoption to engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization — and translate large amounts of product data into clear insights and recommendations.
This is not just a reporting role. We expect you to proactively identify patterns, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help Product Managers determine what we should build, why we should build it, and whether what we shipped actually worked.

Responsibilities
Analyze product usage and customer behavior across Funnels, Websites, Forms, Surveys, Domains, SEO, Listings, and other LeadGen products to identify trends, friction points, and growth opportunities.
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics including activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give Product Managers and leadership clear visibility into product health and business outcomes.
