It spans sender/agent registration and brand verification, rich message composition and templating, intelligent SMS/MMS fallback orchestration, delivery and engagement analytics, and usage-based pricing. As RCS reaches general availability across our ecosystem, this product line is central to how millions of businesses differentiate their customer conversations, and to how HighLevel grows messaging revenue, engagement, and retention across the platform.
