Technical Talent Acquisition Apprentice

About the role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support our recruitment team in hiring top engineering and technical talent. Responsibilities: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes and identify candidates who match technical hiring requirements. Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and communication skills. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is accurate and up to date. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events. Partner with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Requirements: Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the technology industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Basic understanding of software engineering roles and common technology stacks is an advantage. Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is a plus but not mandatory.
